GPU-409 Aircraft Ground Power Unit (TLD, 90KVA)

The GPU-409 Ground Power Unit features a compact design with full-size performance, allowing for easier handling and improved mobility near aircraft. It features a brushless, high-efficiency generator running at an optimized 1846 RPM providing improved fuel efficiency and reduced sound level, while ensuring rapid transient response and exceptional frequency regulation.

Powder-coated aluminium and fiberglass panels surrounding a rugged galvanized steel chassis  provide a long-lasting, hard-wearing finish. Mobility is enhanced by a rubber torsion axle, tight radius 5th wheel steering, simple direct-acting brakes, and a safe no-drop towbar.

Guinault GA GPU Range of Aircraft Ground Power Units

The Guinault GPUs provide power to the aircraft in accordance with aircraft manufacturers' recommendations and standards. They deliver an alternating voltage of 200V/400Hz, and 28Vdc continuously. Optional modules for generating alternative voltages are available (for example 56 Vcc). The Guinault range covers requirements from 0 to 200 kVA.
