This industry-leading solution enables customers to access up-to-date information on its equipment fleet, log breakdowns on a 24/7 basis and to access maintenance records, account details and other important information.
Live information is fed through the engineers’ tablets whenever they visit site with all maintenance records being updated in real time.
Customers can access important data on efficiency statistics including uptime, utilisation and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). These KPI’s can be tailored to the customer’s specific requirements and can be accessed at any time. The system can also be used to obtain accounts information or obtain quotes.
